Full system machine snapshots are accessible only by the site owner with two-factor authentication. Our relational database schema is hosted in Chicago, IL, USA, with a firewall preventing unauthorized access. Passwords are securely hashed using PHP bcrypt. Access to personal information within the database is restricted to authorized staff members of BNETDocs who require access for the purpose of maintaining and improving the website. However, no formal training on data protection and privacy practices is provided to staff members. Any access to personal information is logged and monitored for security purposes.
