Remarks
If the Success code is TRUE, the revision number was recognized by the server and will be used. If it is FALSE, the revision number was rejected by the server and this request is ignored.
NOTE: The default revision number is 1.
Therefore, if Battle.net reports a revision number of 1, this message may be omitted.
In almost all cases, you will have to send this to BNLS before any NLS work.
