Remarks
Identify yourself with BotNet.
This should be the first message sent to the server and identifies the client's bot name and password.
For server revisions 2 and newer, the server responds with S>C 0x0A BOTNET_REVISION before the response to this packet in S>C 0x01 BOTNET_LOGON.
For server revisions 4 and newer, the server closes the connection if the client is rejected instead of sending any data. Older revisions would respond with S>C 0x01 BOTNET_LOGON with Result set to 0x00
(failure).
In order to get a name and password, contact the BotNet server admin.
The Bot name may also be called the "bot ID" or "hub ID".
