Remarks

This packet is used to find a Diablo II character in the ladder. Hardcore and Expansion can either be 1 or 0 and define the ladder type (always Overall). The server responds with MCP_REQUESTLADDERDATA, listing (and possibly highlighting using character flag 0x08?) the page of ranks in which the character is found.
