Remarks

Invites the specified users to create a new clan.

The users specified with Usernames are invited to join your clan. The server sends each user S>C 0x72 SID_CLANCREATIONINVITATION and replies to you only after all users accept, decline, or after any error occurs.
Normally, 9 users should be specified to create a clan of 10 members (including yourself, who becomes the Leader).
