Possible values:
0x01 = You have been banned.
0x02 = Game creater has closed all avalible slots.
0x03 = Game host has left the game.
0x04 = Unable to join the game.
0x05 = Save game file not found.
0x06 = Unable to write scenario file.
0x07 = Invalid game version.
0x08 = Invalid client version.
0x09 = Unable to authenticate map.
Other = You have been booted.
